The work suggests a movement suspended between contraction and opening, as if time were folding into an organic form that breathes from within. Its dark, shiny surface reveals a slow, almost ritualistic process in which matter transforms and preserves the memory of each layer. "Chain of Time VI - Hokki" embodies the idea of permanence through fragility: a frozen moment that preserves the tension between the past and what has yet to happen.
