The female figure is presented as a portal to interiority, where the face ceases to be an identity and becomes a reflection of what dwells within. The organic surface of the bamboo interacts with the vivid texture of the Japanese lacquer, evoking the relationship between body, nature, and inner energy. The vibrant colors do not represent appearance, but rather the spiritual presence that beats within every being. This work invites us to contemplate the invisible beauty hidden behind form, reminding us that what is essential is never visible to the naked eye.
