  • Circle of Time III by Taro Tokuyama is a visual exploration of the accumulation of time and memory. Using a mixed technique, the work presents concentric layers of material and color that evoke the sedimentation of experiences. Its open and organic form suggests an incomplete cycle, a time in constant transformation.

The rough textures and palette of pink, blue and ochre tones create a dynamic visual effect, where light interacts with the surfaces and highlights the complexity of the piece. The work seems to capture an instant within a broader process, as if it were a tangible vestige of matter in motion.

This circle of time invites us to reflect on permanence and transience, on how moments accumulate, fade and are reformulated in a structure that never stops evolving.
